Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's divorce case has been lingering for over 18 months now, and J.Lo has filed for the court to restore her former name.

J.Lo who filed her legal response to Marc's petition, and the documents show that her legal name is still Jennifer Muniz, which is Marc's real last name.

The estranged couple's petitions are both similar on custody of their twin children, they are both asking for joint legal and physical custody of their twins. However, in J.LO's petition is a request that the court restore her former name Jennifer Lopez.

Marc and J.Lo got married in 2004 and after seven years, they were officially separated in 2011, after which Marc filed for divorce in April, 2012.
