Worst Dressed Celebs of 2013 Are Miley Cyrus & Kim Kardashian

Daring Pop singer Miley Cyrus and reality TV star Kim Kardashian have been named the worst-dressed celebrities of 2013. Cyrus came first for the nude-coloured Latex two-piece she wore on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in September.

Kim Kardashian made number two of celebrities worst dressers of 2013.

Anne Hathaway came in third place, as a result of the pale pink Prada dress she wore to this year's Oscars ceremony as her main fashion crime.
