before an Ojokoro Magistrates’ Court, Lagos, and charged with attempt to
rápe his client.
Emmanuel, who resides in Adedokun Street, Baruwa, Ipaja, was
arraigned on four-count charge of attempted rápe, undressing without

police.
The prosecutor said the offence contravened sections, 134, 185, 188 and 261 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The accused pleaded not guilty.
The Magistrate, Mrs A.0 Layinka, granted bail to the accused in the sum of N500, 000 with two sureties in the like sum.
She adjourned the case to Nov. 29, for mention.
